Lumenergy makes it easy to purchase an end-to-end solar package online. You choose your package, purchase it securely and our installation partner then contacts you to arrange installation.

Can I purchase a solar package online?

Yes. Lumenergy packages can be purchased online.

Is installation included?

Installation is generally included in the displayed package price. Where appropriate, installation can be removed from the package.

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes. Payments are securely processed through Stripe using credit card or bank payment options available at checkout.

Installation

Who installs my solar system?

Your system is installed by New Design Electrical, Lumenergy's installation partner.

Where do you install?

New Design Electrical installs Lumenergy systems at homes and businesses throughout the Melbourne metropolitan area.

How long does installation take?

Typically 1–3 days depending on the package and location.

What happens after I purchase?

New Design Electrical will contact you after your purchase to arrange a suitable installation date.

Warranty

What warranty do I get?

Solar products come with their respective manufacturer's factory warranties. Installation and service are guaranteed by New Design Electrical.

What happens if there is a problem with my installation?

New Design Electrical will investigate the issue and return to rectify installation or service-related problems where covered by their guarantee.
