Select Services Group delivered a comprehensive security and car park systems upgrade at Canberra Centre, one of the ACT's largest retail destinations. The project combined four interconnected infrastructure disciplines into a single integrated solution.
The Challenge
The project required the simultaneous delivery of LPR technology, CCTV surveillance, lighting upgrades and vehicle access infrastructure throughout a busy retail environment with significant daily vehicle and pedestrian traffic.
Our Solution
The scope included installation of new Licence Plate Recognition cameras, CCTV surveillance systems, upgraded car park lighting and a complete vehicle access system upgrade. Extensive communications infrastructure, fibre connectivity, network hardware and integration services were also delivered to support the platform.
Pproject Outcome
The final solution created a unified security and access platform that improved surveillance coverage, vehicle management, patron safety and operational efficiency across the facility. The project highlighted Select Services Group's ability to coordinate multiple infrastructure disciplines within a live operational environment.
